The massive event that is Powercruise was held in Taupo for the first time just last weekend, and NZV8 TV were there to catch all the action. Powercruise includes a range of on and off track events, such as Powerskids, Drag Racing, a Burnout Competition, Bikini Competition, Dyno Shootout as well as your chance to cruise the track with your mates in the car.

Event organizer Michael ‘Gup’ Gilbert brought his big block turbo powered HQ Holden out to show the locals how it’s done and laid down a record Powerskid of over 600meters!
