If you’re a fan of all things Ford then, for you, Albany is where it’s at this Sunday (April 3rd) because Auckland’s annual All Ford Day has returned.

The All Ford Day has become a major event on Auckland’s motoring calendar and this year is shaping up to be a big one – last year saw record attendances from display cars – in excess of 600 and equally record numbers of the public were strolling around.

On the back of last year’s event the team at North Harbour Stadium has again stepped up to become the hosts of the 2011 All Ford Day.

This Sunday April the 3rd, gates are opening to show cars at 8.30 am, to the public from 10 am to 2pm – Car entry after 9.30am will be limited so get there early.

Entry for show cars and driver is free, passengers and public: $5 entry, under 13’s free and must be accompanied by an adult.

The event’s primary sponsor is Burgerfuel who will have their crew on site with a huge mobile burger-bar for anyone who gets the munchies.

Like previous events all money raised on the day is donated to charities, this year Kids In Cars is the primary beneficiary. KIC supports under 15 year olds who have developed cancer by providing them with some up-close and personal motorsport experiences. KIC in turn supports various other charities with the Auckland region, Camp Quality, Kidz First, Make-a-Wish foundation and Kidney Kids to name a few.

With Trade Displays, competitions, children’s events, food, fun & Fords the day is sure to offer something for everyone, so get to Albany this Sunday and check it out.
